    Before you start, we look at how you move. The programme is built around your body, not someone else's.

  • Strategy call in week one

    Twenty minutes to set the goal, agree what success looks like, and make sure we're calibrated.

  • Meal plan with recipes

    Built around family life, not a single-person bachelor diet. Adjusted at the weekly check-in if it isn't fitting.

  • Weekly check-ins + mid-week nudge

    The wheels usually come off on day three, not day seven. We check in before that happens.

  • The Level Seven app

    Your programme, your check-ins, your numbers. One place, on your phone.

  • Optional InBody scan

    An in-depth body composition scan. Weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and how it's distributed. Done at the start and end so you've got real numbers to compare. Skip it if it's not your thing.

I'm really out of shape. Am I going to be the worst one there?
Honestly, you'd be in good company. Most people walking in week one haven't trained properly in years. The programme is calibrated to where you are, not where the fittest person in the room is.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. If you can't make a slot, message us and we'll get you into another one that week. Worst case, you make it up the following week.
I've got a dodgy knee, back, or shoulder. Can I still do this?
Almost certainly yes. That's exactly what the Movement Screen is for. We build the programme around what your body can do today, not what it used to do.
Do I have to follow the meal plan strictly?
No. It's a framework, not a prison sentence. The weekly check-in is where we adjust it to fit your actual week.
What if I want to stop after the 6 weeks?
That's completely fine. There's no auto-renewal, no contract, no chasing. Some people do the Challenge, build the habit, and take it from there themselves. Others continue with us. Both are valid.
