Martin Short

Eleven years of coaching. Most of that spent working with people who know they want to get fitter but haven't found the right setup yet.

You'll come in, spend time with me one-to-one, and I'll take you through everything you need to feel confident before your first group session. The movement analysis and onboarding is designed to put you at ease from minute one.

The coaching standard here is the highest you'll find. The attention to detail and personalisation means you'll never feel out of your depth, and never feel like you're coasting. That's the difference.

I've never been to a gym before. Will I fit in?

Absolutely. Everyone starts at Level One. You'll come in for a one-to-one session with Martin first, go through a full movement analysis, and get comfortable with everything before you join a group. The onboarding is designed so that by the time you walk into your first session, you already feel like you belong.

How is this different from a normal gym?

You're not doing it on your own. Your sessions are booked, you're expected, the programme is written for you, and there's a coach on the floor every rep. It's personal training in a small group, not a gym membership with a door code.

How big are the groups?

Capped at six. That's the number that lets me coach everyone properly, correct form, progress your weights, and still keep the session moving.

What's the 21-Day Trial?

9 coached sessions over 21 days at the founding member rate of £147. It's how every member starts. Long enough to build a habit, short enough that nothing feels risky.

What happens after the trial?

During your 21 days we'll have a conversation about your goals and what's working for you. By the end we'll have a clear plan for how to keep your progress going.

How long are the sessions?

50 minutes. Enough time to get real work done without eating into your whole evening.

What about nutrition?

Simple, practical guidance. Not crash diets or meal plans you'll never stick to. We'll help you tidy up the basics so training actually pays off.

I have a disability. Can I join in?

Yes. Every session is personalised, so we adapt exercises to work around what you need. You'll go through a full movement analysis before your first group session so we understand exactly how to coach you. If you can move, we can work together.

Can I pick my session times?

Yes. You book the sessions that fit your schedule each week. There are multiple time slots available, and your membership gives you the flexibility to choose what works for you.
