What actually happens in the strategy session?
You come in, we spend about 30-40 minutes together. A body composition scan. A strength and mobility assessment. A conversation about your goals, your routine, and what's got in the way in the past. You leave with a plan — and no obligation to sign up.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. The strategy session is completely free. If Level Seven feels right at the end, we can talk about training options. If not, no pressure.
I'm really out of shape. Should I still book?
Yes. This is exactly who the strategy session is for. Most people who walk in are not at their fittest — that is the whole point. We meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.
I already train, but I'm not seeing results. Is this still for me?
Yes. A lot of people are putting effort in, but without enough structure, progression or coaching. The session gives you a proper look at what's actually going on, and what needs to change.
What happens after the strategy session?
If you want to train with us, most people start with the 21-day trial (£127). Three coached sessions and a conditioning class per week, plus weekly check-ins. If you're ready for the full thing, you can go straight to founding membership at £197 a month. Nothing auto-renews and there's no upsell call.
How is this different from a normal gym membership?
A normal gym gives you access. Level Seven gives you coaching, structure, accountability, and people who notice when you're struggling. You're not left to figure it all out on your own.
Do I need to be fit before I book?
No. You just need to be willing to start. The session and everything after it are built around where you are today.
