Jamie's story.
Jamie came to me as a client. Nothing unusual about the starting point. Busy, out of shape, tired of trying things that didn't stick. He wanted a proper system and someone to hold him to it.
We got to work. Structured training, progressive overload, the basics done properly, consistent sessions every week. Jamie got into the best shape of his life, but the more important thing is that the change held. A year in, he was still training, still progressing, still in the habit.
Somewhere along the way he saw what this kind of coaching could do at scale, how many people in Leighton Buzzard needed it, and how underserved that market was. That's why he's now my business partner. Jamie runs the business side of Level Seven, and he's a living example of why it exists.
