You arrive, your session is booked, your programme is ready. A 50 minute coached session with up to five other people, all working toward the same thing. No wandering, no guessing what to do.
Your weights, reps, and progress are tracked. Your form is corrected every set. The group is small enough that you're known by name, not a number on a door scanner.
