The honest bit

“Is it worth it?”

Fair question. Level Seven is more expensive than the local chain gym. It's meant to be. You're not paying for a door code, you're paying for coaching, programming, and accountability.

Here's the honest maths: twelve months of a £30 chain gym you don't actually use is £360 and no progress. Twelve months of starting, stopping, apps, crash diets and gym memberships in the drawer is probably a lot more than that. In money, in time, and in how you feel about yourself.

Level One is £147 for 21 days and gets you actually training again. If that's not worth a shot compared to another year of the same cycle, this probably isn't the place for you. That's fine.

Cancellation & billing

How we actually do it.
